2011/12-Rico has been nominated as a committee board member in the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong.

2010-Rico has been invited to give lectures on nutritional health food &nutraceuticals for pharmacy student of CUHK.

2009-Rico is employed by a local pharmacy chain store as a forensic and regulatory manager.

2008 - Rico has been nominated as the Editor- in Chief of the OTC Products Directory of Hong Kong by the Pharmaceutical society of Hong Kong.

April 2007 - Lectureship on Sales and Marketing of Pharmaceuctical and Health Products in Macao Polytechnic Starts in April 2007. VPM Career Roadster in on the way.

Dec 2006 - VPM Workshop launched in Penang.

Sept 2006 - VPM Workshop launched in Taiwan.

Aug 2006 - VPM Workshop launched in Shanghai.
